NRA Defensive Carbine Match (Legacy Event))

The NRA Carbine Match was a monthly, live-fire competition built for shooters who wanted fast, practical reps with a defensive rifle platform, tested under match pressure. Carbine matches like these grew out of a long tradition of marksmanship competition, where structured courses of fire help competitors sharpen rifle handling, target transitions, movement economy, and performance under time and stress. Our Fort Worth events brought together local shooters for high-rep stages, community competition, and measurable improvement—without relying on guesswork or random training.

Current Status: This match is not scheduled at this time and is on indefinite pause, but remains published for historical reference and search intent. Many students who originally found us through shooting sports or defensive rifle interest now train similar foundational skills in other programs at our academy.
